Visibility and being seen gets easier when you’ve built the foundation to support it.

Hi Reader,
We’ll be the first to admit: visibility isn’t always easy.
For many of us, it’s the part of growth that feels the most uncomfortable — the part that asks you to step out from behind the work, to stop hiding behind the planning and the doing, and actually let yourself be seen.
But that’s also what makes this stage of growth so meaningful.
Because when you’ve laid the groundwork for the business and life that truly supports you — when you’ve reconnected, rebuilt, and started leading with self-trust — you reach a point where you can’t not show up authentically anymore.
You can no longer hide the version of you that’s fully aligned.
And that’s exactly what Module 4 of Built for Both is all about: allowing yourself to be seen as the version of you you’ve become — in your work, your relationships, and your life.
By the time you get to the 4th and final module of Built for Both, you’ll be ready to bring it all together and share your work and growth with the world.
This is where you start to show up and lead with confidence – without burning out, oversharing, or reverting to old patterns of self-doubt or people-pleasing.
You’ll define how you want to be seen, create structure to support that, and practice showing up as your next-level self — both in your business and your life.
The Tools That Help You Show Up as Who You’re Becoming
Once you’ve done the work to build the foundation, you’ll be ready to embody it and express it in a way that feels real, safe, and sustainable.
In Module 4, you’ll:
Reconnect with Your Message – Clarify what you want to share, why it matters, and how you want to be seen now – both in your business and your life. You’ll rediscover your message through the lens of who you’ve become, not who you used to be.
Map Out Your Visibility Boundaries – Define what you do and don’t want to share publicly, and identify your stretch zones – the places where you’re ready to show up more fully, even when it feels a little uncomfortable. You’ll also decide who in your offline life gets access to your “drafts” as you grow, and who hasn’t earned that space in your process.
Define Your Visibility Rhythm – Design a rhythm that fits your energy and capacity so showing up consistently feels natural, not forced. You’ll create your own sustainable visibility plan that helps you stay present and connected without burning out.
By the end, you’ll know exactly what to share, how to share it, and how to protect your energy along the way.
You’ll step into visibility as the version of you who’s ready to lead, not the one who’s still trying to prove herself.
Being seen differently is a natural part of growth.
And it’s something you deserve to experience in a way that feels aligned – with the structure, clarity, and self-trust you’ve built along the way.
Tomorrow is the last day to join the first Built for Both cohort, and get the limited time bonuses – including your AI-powered Business Evaluation Tool and CEO Retreat Planner custom GPTs, plus a private Voxer session for Group Coaching members.
If you’re feeling the pull toward a more authentic way of showing up and leading in your business and life, Built for Both is your roadmap for making it happen. We’d love to support you on that journey.

Hi Reader, This is part 3 of a behind-the-scenes series on our recent co-founder trip to Milan. You can catch up on part 1 here and part 2 here. Last week we told you about our not-a-secret-anymore Boutique Meta Ads Agency, the framework we run both businesses through to protect our capacity, and the fact that we made some decisions in Milan we were proud of. Where our last email left off was about the time we were both doing some reflective journaling for our business around the goals that...
Hi Reader, This is part 2 of an email series where we’re taking you behind the scenes of running our businesses as two co-founders who’ve intentionally built our lives abroad. Read part 1 here Last week, we mentioned something at the end of our last email that we want to come back to, and it’s that we are, a little accidentally, running two businesses. We promised to tell you more. So here it is. Before Supported CEO existed, we had both owned agencies. Elli owned a Copywriting & Launch...
Hi Reader, As Co-Founders, every time we get together in person, it's different. The season we're in shapes everything — what we talk about, what we need, what the business needs from us. This one was different in a way we can't fully describe without sharing more intimately where we actually are in our own business journey. The early days of Supported CEO had a particular kind of energy — a long list of things that needed to exist that didn't yet, and a worker bee momentum that made it easy...
